Job Description
The Lab Manager is responsible for overall lab infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, compliance, and readiness of all testing environments supporting ecosystem validation.

• Own lab infrastructure performance, including uptime, availability, and readiness of test environments
• Owns lab operations and equipment readiness
• Ensures stability and availability of testing environments
• Supports engineering teams with system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Manage asset lifecycle (inventory, tracking, audits, and accountability)
• Oversee lab operations including scheduling, access control, space optimization, and compliance
• Ensure test systems are calibrated, maintained, and aligned to build/test schedules
• Partner with engineering teams to support configuration matrix readiness and pre-build activities
Manage incident response for lab outages and execute agreed failover/workaround procedures

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience with hands-on ownership of lab infrastructure operations and uptime
• Experience managing complex lab operations and asset lifecycle
Ownership of lab logistics, inventory, and hygiene
