Contract Review, Comparison & Administration
- Review, validate, and compare client contracts and contractual amendments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to approved templates, pricing structures, and legal terms.
- Perform side by side contract comparisons to identify deltas, inconsistencies, commercial impacts, or compliance risks.
- Ensure contract data (terms, entity details, dates, obligations, and commercial attributes) is correctly reflected in CRM and operational systems.
- Support contract lifecycle activities including intake, validation, execution readiness, amendments, renewals, and account adjustments.
•Compliance, Risk & Control
- Execute contract related processes in line with internal controls, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
- Support governance processes by ensuring contracts meet regulatory, policy, and entity specific requirements before activation.
•Process Execution & Operational Support
- Consistently execute established contract management and client operations processes with precision and reliability.
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated contract and account cases raised by Tier 1 vendor teams, requiring higher judgement or contractual interpretation.
- Help resolve nuanced issues involving contract structure, account setup, billing implications, or legal entity alignment.
•Process Optimization & Business Improvement
- Identify recurring contract issues, bottlenecks, or error trends and propose improvements to templates, guidance, or workflows.
- Contribute to process documentation and playbooks to strengthen standardization and reduce escalations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by using contract and process data to inform efficiency, quality, and risk reduction opportunities.
