Job Description

• Lead all phases of highly complex projects and programs from initiation to closeout, directing cross functional teams across multiple organizations
• Develop, maintain, integrate and analyze program level plans and schedules in accordance with project management industry standards and Boeing PMBP practices
• Design and execute the integration strategy for plans, schedules, change and baseline management across the program lifecycle
• Serve as primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements, define scope, and align objectives across internal and external stakeholders; obtain approvals and authorize resource commitments
• Identify Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO); perform high level studies/analyses (trend, variance, impact); build and refine the business case; develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans
• Provide project governance: status briefings, executive reports, decision logs, change control, and escalation. Prepare white papers and executive presentations to communicate program status, metrics and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners to foster collaboration and support business goals

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of project management experience
- prior experience working with or cross-functionally with IT
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project life cycle
- 5+ years executing programs using PMBP tools/methodologies, including plan development, performance management, and issues and risk management
- Experience identifying and documenting Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership
- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience briefing senior/executive leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project (familiarity with scheduling)
- Emotional intelligence, and strong collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Prior experience working with or cross-functionally with IT
- 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience in facilities, operational technology, building management systems or other highly regulated/asset intensive environments
- Experience with Global program and demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across geographic locations
- Experience leading senior leaders and influencing at the executive level
