Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and disposition production non-conformances, including root cause analysis
• Apply Boeing design and engineering principles to resolve product, process, and quality issues
• Identify, document, and communicate deviations impacting safety or design intent
• Drive product/process improvements and support IPTs and design reviews
• Represent engineering across build, production, and post-production phases
• Ensure supplier and partner compliance with Boeing standards
• Support repairs, investigations, and technical resolutions (including structural analysis and modifications)
• Develop customer communications and maintenance guidance
Create non-destructive testing procedures, tools, and standards

Required Skills & Experience

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited (or equivalent) program
• Experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (mid-level equivalent)
• Current or recent BCA MRB experience
