A client in the Pacific Northwest is looking for a Software Developer to join their team. This is a direct hire position that will be hybrid onsite. In this position you will be working with Python, Fast API, AI - Claude code, Co-pilot, etc., and performance engineering tools for performance testing. This is an Azure shop. Required Skills & Experience
3-4+ years of experience with object-oriented programming, Python preferred. Open to .Net or Java
3-4+ years of experience with Fast API
AI Prompting Development: experience with agentic development, experience with Claude, Copilot, or similar.
3-4+ years of Performance Engineer and Testing experience: RAM, CPUs, Metrics, baseline testing, etc.
Experience with React preferred, or similar tools: Angular, Node, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Azure DevOps experience
GitHub experience
