Job Description
Agent Development: Design, build, and tune custom AI agents using Vertex AI and modern agent frameworks.
Agent Evaluation Pipeline Development: Experience developing evaluation pipelines including curating golden datasets, red-teaming, measuring tool call accuracy/hallucination rates, etc
Tool & MCP Creation: Develop custom tools, APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to allow agents to interact with internal systems securely.
Cloud-Native Integration: Build the microservices and orchestration layers required to support the agents.
Automation: Write and maintain Terraform configurations and GitHub Actions workflows for seamless CI/CD.

Required Skills & Experience
Modern Programming Languages: Expert in Python; highly proficient in SQL and Shell scripting.
Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, ADK, building AI agents, and implementing tools/MCP.
Cloud Platform Experience: Extensive GCP experience and cloud-native integration strategies.
DevOps: Terraform, GitHub, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
