Job Description

The Executive Engagement Program Manager will play a key role in establishing the world class Executive Briefing Program, designed to help the business to build relationship equity, increase sales velocity and help to close business through tailored and quality programming. The Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Executive Engagement Program and will facilitate hands-on demos in our physical experience spaces designed to empower Executives to experience the technologies for themselves.

● Act as host when required: facilitate introductions, engage in executive-level conversations, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment for all guests. ● Maintain and manage the EBC’s physical environment, including inventory, supplies, and readiness for each unique engagement. ● Provide concierge-level logistical support for visiting executives and account teams, including coordination of catering, hotels, transportation, SWAG, and signage. ● Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery when required. ● Greet and escort executives upon arrival, ensuring a seamless transition from reception to briefing room. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite needs, including security, facilities, and A/V support, and proactively resolve any issues that arise during briefings. Operational & Program Support ● Support Executive Engagement Leads in the end-to-end management of the Thought Leader Program, including outreach, scheduling, and operational logistics to expand and maintain a robust database of thought leaders. ● Coordinate planning calls with subject matter experts to align on objectives and desired outcomes for each executive briefing. ● Capture and synthesize key insights and feedback from thought leaders and participants to inform continuous program improvement. ● Provide comprehensive administrative support to Executive Engagement Leads, including scheduling, resource booking, and documentation to enable flawless execution of all executive engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years in executive engagement, events, or program management ● Experience managing executive programs in fast-paced environments ● Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration ● Proficiency with Google Workspace ● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Wearables and other Consumer Electronics technologies ● Experience in global, cross-regional collaboration ● Vendor and hospitality management experience ● Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency
