Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager, Field Support for a top telecommunications client focused on growth and market expansion. This role plays a critical part in successfully launching new field teams and partners into emerging markets by ensuring operational readiness, professional onboarding, and strong program support. The ideal candidate understands how to evaluate a new market, enable partners and sales teams quickly, and connect corporate program teams with field execution. This individual will track field KPIs, remove operational friction, and ensure growth happens in a controlled, scalable, and compliant way—without breaking the customer or partner experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• Program or operations management experience driving growth initiatives in field or partner-led organizations
• Proven experience launching new teams/markets (e.g., new city or region rollout)
• Strong understanding of market readiness (local dynamics, staffing, partner enablement)
• Expertise in professional onboarding for partners, offices, and sales reps
• Experience working with corporate program teams and 3rd‑party partners
• Strong operational rigor across processes, documentation, and timelines
• Ability to define, track, and report field KPIs tied to growth and execution
• Clear, executive‑ready written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Telecom, fiber, or DTC sales environment experience
• Experience scaling microbusiness or SMB sales motions
• Familiarity with sales portals, onboarding systems, and order workflows
• Background in partner enablement, compliance, or field operations support
• Experience building or improving KPI dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Comfortable presenting market readiness and performance updates to leadership
