Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager, Field Quality for a top telecommunications client supporting microbusiness fiber sales. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, sales operations, and risk management, owning how sales quality is measured, monitored, and improved across field teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally rigorous, and confident working cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external sales partners. This individual will proactively identify issues before they impact customers or revenue, drive system and process improvements, and deliver executive ready insights that protect the business while enabling high quality growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in program management within sales, operations, or quality functions
• Strong sales quality and risk management background (fraud, incorrect orders, suspicious activity)
• Heavy analytics capability with advanced Excel and/or AI-assisted analysis
• Experience monitoring QGP pacing, stack ranking, churn, and deactivations
• Ability to define, track, and report KPIs tied to sales quality and operational health
• Experience working with field sales teams and 3rd party partners
• Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make quick, professional, high impact decisions
• High operational rigor and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Telecom or fiber sales background
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and performance dashboards
• Experience supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) or microbusiness sales motions
• Familiarity with sales/order systems (e.g., Atlas, Order & Pay files, Knowledge datasets)
• Prior exposure to field quality, compliance, or audit functions
• Seasoned professional comfortable presenting to senior and executive leadership
