Job Description

Insight Global is supporting a leading company within the HVAC and piping industry in the search for a VCS Manager to support its Manufacturing Group. This individual will play a critical leadership role overseeing complex, large-scale industrial projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving execution across engineering, procurement, and construction environments.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of experience relevant industry experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam Revu.
Ability to identify and resolve design coordination challenges.
High attention to detail to minimize errors and mitigate project risks.
Dependable, self-motivated, and focused on delivering results in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2015 or newer), Fabrication CADmep, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk BIM 360 Glue.
