Job Description
The Inventory Operations Associate supports hospital supply chain operations by managing inventory registration, scanning, staging, and preparation of medical supplies prior to distribution to surgical and perioperative teams. This is a non-clinical, operations-focused role that functions similarly to warehouse or fulfillment work within a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pull medical supplies from storage using system-generated pick lists
Scan inventory into tracking systems accurately and consistently
Stage supplies onto carts for downstream handoff
Maintain organized inventory areas and accurate stock flow
Follow established workflows and procedures without deviation
Support efficiency and accuracy of surgical supply distribution
Collaborate with operations and perioperative support teams

Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or fulfillment preferred
Comfortable working in a process-driven, repetitive role
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to stand, walk, and move inventory throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a hospital environment
