This role supports two major Community Impact initiatives within Corporate Community Responsibility (CCR): Global Month of Volunteering (GMV) and the Education Campaign. GMV is the largest annual, employee-led volunteering campaign, activating 100,000+ employees across 50+ countries to support thousands of nonprofit and community organizations. The Education Campaign, led in partnership with Community Impact and Education & Skills programs, focuses on expanding access to education and career pathways for students from underserved and underrepresented communities.
We are looking for someone to support a comprehensive communications strategy and execution, with secondary responsibility to support Community Ambassador recruitment, engagements, meetings, and outreaching, ensuring consistent communication and support across the volunteer programs.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or similar role
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft compelling, clear messaging
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns
• Proficiency with communication platforms (email, Slack) and content management tools
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Experience developing communication strategies and content calendars
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with corporate volunteering programs or community engagement initiatives
• Experience facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagement
• Background in social impact or nonprofit sector
Knowledge of volunteer recruitment and engagement best practices
