Job Description
Design and implement complex enterprise and carrier‑grade networks, including Metropolitan, Regional WAN, Data Center, Campus, and Office networks
Lead network architecture and standards development, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long‑term maintainability across the enterprise
Architect and deploy switching and routing solutions, primarily on Cisco platforms, across large and small environments
Design and support optical networking solutions, including raw and lit fiber services (CWDM/DWDM)
Plan and execute data center network design and migration initiatives
Design and maintain wireless networks for offices, conference centers, outdoor venues, garages, stadium/bleacher environments supporting large user populations
Implement network segmentation and security architectures using SDN/SDA, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and Meraki
Design fault‑tolerant and highly available networks using redundant systems and connections
Lead IP address space planning, allocation, and governance
Provide design oversight for structured cabling and physical infrastructure, including copper, fiber, riser systems, DAS, and CATV
Collaborate on construction projects by reviewing and interpreting Architectural, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Security, and Building Management drawings
Serve as a technical advisor and hands‑on contributor across all phases of network lifecycle: design, build, migration, and operations

Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience (senior/principal level) in enterprise network design and implementation
Deep expertise in Cisco networking technologies (switching, routing, enterprise architectures)
Strong background in optical networking (CWDM, DWDM, raw fiber, lit services)
Proven experience with data center networking and migrations
Advanced knowledge of wireless network design for high‑density and outdoor environments
Expertise in network segmentation and software‑defined networking
Strong understanding of network physical infrastructure and construction processes
Ability to interpret and work from multi‑disciplinary construction and facilities documentation
Demonstrated experience with high‑availability and resilient network design
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience defining and maintaining enterprise network standards
Large‑scale project experience supporting construction and new building deployments
Strong stakeholder communication skills across IT, Facilities, and Construction teams
Hands‑on experience with campus‑scale or city‑scale network environments
