Job Description
Own the overall performance of the Business Unit, including strategy execution, operational delivery, client outcomes, and financial results.
Lead and develop multi‑disciplinary teams across operations, sales/business development, account management, and support functions.
Drive sustainable and profitable growth through disciplined planning, accurate forecasting, and pipeline management.
Act as a senior client leader, building trusted relationships and participating in regular business reviews and strategic discussions.
Monitor and improve client satisfaction through structured feedback (e.g., NPS/CSAT) and action planning.
Ensure strong operational governance, safety, quality, compliance, and risk management across all accounts and portfolios.
Prepare and deliver regular Business Unit performance reviews with accurate, validated financial and operational data.
Maintain full P&L accountability, including revenue growth, margin performance, cost control, WIP, and cash management.
Lead tender and bid activity, including commercial reviews, resourcing alignment, approvals, and executive‑level presentations.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of standard tools, processes, and best practices.
Lead talent development efforts, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical, or a related field.
4+ years of progressive leadership experience with responsibility for people, operations, and financial performance.
Proven experience owning or influencing P&L and financial decision‑making.
Demonstrated success driving business growth and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
Ability to lead complex, sensitive conversations and make sound decisions in fast‑paced environments.
High level of financial acumen, with the ability to review, interpret, and challenge financial reports.
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience leading a multi‑portfolio or multi‑site business or operating unit.
Background in services, outsourcing, facilities, operations, or project‑driven environments.
Experience with formal client satisfaction programs (NPS, CSAT) and structured account governance models.
Prior involvement in enterprise‑level bids, tenders, or complex commercial negotiations.
Exposure to procurement strategy, vendor management, or supplier performance governance.
Experience leading change initiatives, transformation programs, or scaling operations.
Demonstrated commitment to safety culture, continuous improvement, and DE&I initiatives
