Job Description
Data Collection & Integration: Partner with various subsidiaries to extract data from disparate legacy systems and manually or electronically consolidate it into our current primary system, Dayforce.
Audit & Validation: Conduct rigorous audits of current HR records. Identify inconsistencies, missing fields, or formatting errors and resolve them to ensure "Workday-ready" data.
System Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day data entry and updates within Dayforce. You will be responsible for tracking all organizational changes (hires, terms, transfers, and compensation shifts) and reflecting them accurately in real-time.
Problem Solving: Investigate data discrepancies between subsidiary reports and the master database, applying logic to determine the "source of truth."
Process Documentation: Leaving behind a clear log of data mapping and logic used during the consolidation phase.

Required Skills & Experience
Advanced Excel Skills: You must be an expert in Excel. This includes mastery of complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index/Match, If-Statements), Pivot Tables, and data cleaning techniques. You should be comfortable manipulating and reconciling large datasets (thousands of rows).
HRIS Experience: Proven experience working within a HRIS. Dayforce experience is preferred.
Data Integrity Focus: A "quality-first" mindset with an obsessive attention to detail. You understand that the success of a Workday implementation depends entirely on the cleanliness of the data migrated.
Analytical Thinking: The ability to read raw data and understand the story it tells, spotting trends or anomalies that others might miss.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with HR leads at different subsidiaries to gather required documentation.
