Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Global Architecture to support a top enterprise client undergoing rapid global scale. This role sits at the intersection of technology, architecture, and business strategy, driving complex, cross‑functional programs that enable innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, communicates effectively with senior stakeholders/principal architects, and brings strong Agile delivery experience. You’ll work in a highly matrixed environment alongside business, product, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver industry‑leading technology solutions aligned to global business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years experience in technology program or project management

Scrum experience

Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional, global programs

Experience leading portfolio management capabilities, including:
Capacity management
Dependency management
Resource management
Annual planning processes
Budget

Ability to excel in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance

Proficiency with tools such as: Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow

Familiarity with AI / GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in retail, preferably within architecture or IT operations

Experience with sharepoint, teams, Linux, strategic portfolio management and Miro
