Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager – Business Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions across five operational pillars: Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights supporting production targets and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience building dashboards in AWS QuickSight (Tableau or Power BI also accepted)
-Python proficiency for data transformation and automation
-Manufacturing or production environment experience (satellite production/aerospace preferred)
-Experience with Azure technologies and/or Snowflake
-Relevant certifications (AWS, PL-300 Microsoft Power BI)
-3+ years hands-on experience with AWS technologies (Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis)
-Strong proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for large-scale data analysis
-Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows and dimensional data models
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous experience working for a satellite production/aerospace organization
