Job Description
The Content Writer is responsible for maintaining operational excellence across the Value‑Based Delivery (VBD) content ecosystem. This role focuses on sustaining and improving existing documentation and delivery assets by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current company platform guidance and documentation standards.
This position complements the core VBD team by maintaining and refining established materials rather than defining new delivery models, architectures, or strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
- Content Editing & Documentation Quality (1–5 years): Hands‑on experience reviewing, editing, and maintaining professional documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and readability across established content libraries.
- Documentation Lifecycle & Portfolio Management (1–5 years): Experience managing content versioning, lifecycle signals, review cycles, and sustaining large sets of business or technical assets over time.
Microsoft 365 & Content Tooling (1–5 years): Practical working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to support documentation workflows, collaboration, and content maintenance.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- The ideal resume would contain strong content editing and documentation experience, familiarity with documentation lifecycle and portfolio management, hands‑on implementation experience with Microsoft technologies (such as Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365), and experience navigating or publishing content in GitHub; a portfolio of prior work is also preferred.
- Familiarity with runbook‑style documentation; experience supporting large content libraries; exposure to documentation governance or quality frameworks.
