Job Description

As a Procurement Analyst & Contract Administrator you will:
• Monitor contract lifecycles and initiate extensions/recompetes 6 months prior to expiration
• Create and maintain centralized contract repository and training document library
• Track action items, facilitate daily stand-ups, and provide forward-looking risk analysis

Required Skills & Experience

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline Strong organizational and contract management skills High proficiency with contract management systems, Microsoft Excel, and document repositories Analyst work background with focus on contract administration Understanding of procurement processes and contract lifecycle management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline Experience with contract lifecycle management and supplier performance tracking Advanced proficiency with contract management systems and automated tracking tools Demonstrated ability managing multiple contract timelines simultaneously Strong analytical abilities with proactive risk identification skills
