Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Front Desk & Data Entry Support Specialist to provide administrative and front‑office coverage in a healthcare setting. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, efficient management of patient electronic documents, and front desk phone coverage during scheduled breaks for the primary receptionist.

Required Skills & Experience

Perform high‑volume, accurate data entry into electronic systems, ensuring patient information and documentation are complete and correctly filed
Assign, scan, and index patient electronic documents promptly and accurately within the electronic health record (EHR) or document management system
Provide front desk phone coverage during scheduled breaks, including answering incoming calls, screening inquiries, and routing calls to the appropriate departments or staff
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner when supporting the front desk
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and patient privacy standards at all times
Support general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth front‑office operations
Pharmacy Assistant License
