Our client is looking for innovative recruiters with a passion for customer service to join their talent acquisition organization focused on supporting senior level professional hiring in a Recruiting Business Partner capacity.
We are looking for someone who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You will drive the effort to find and attract talent for our teams by collaborating with Sourcers, business leaders and HR. You’ll also take on a lead role in various projects that impact the recruiting team’s efficiency and strategies, strengthening our ability to hire quality, diverse talent.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years’ experience in recruiting, supporting varying roles in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Experience working directly with hiring teams, specifically the ability to establish effective working relationships and set clear expectations
-Strong communication and influencing skills
-Strong ATS experience
-Dedication to a world-class candidate experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous experience recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft or Netflix
-Previous Account Management experience from a recruiting agency
-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process
