An employer is looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Bellevue, Wa. This person will be working on shipments worth up to $2.8M in value. This position will requiring strategic planning and ability to support a production environment. The environment is fast-paced and we need someone who is eager, self-motivated and can learn quickly.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, freight operations, or supply chain management
• Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics platforms
• Ability to work staggered or non-standard hours to support global shipment coverage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to respond quickly and clearly to LSP and partner inquiries
• Able to read and take direction in English
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with SAP Transportation Management System (SAP TMS)
• Experience managing international freight, customs coordination, or import/export compliance
• Familiarity with logistics service provider (LSP) management and carrier coordination
• Experience supporting global or multi-region shipment programs
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Commitment to a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence
• Experience working within or alongside program management teams
