Job Description
The ATC and Airfield Support Specialist supports the ATM and Airfield Operations team by reviewing daily system impact reports, monitoring airspace and airport changes, and identifying operational impacts across the NAS and international network. The role helps develop and streamline processes for non‑routine flight operations, international navigation fees, and NOTAM alignment, while tracking FAA, legislative, and airport updates that require action. Day to day, this position supports airfield construction updates, reviews procedural changes, and assists the team with emerging airspace and airport safety and efficiency issues.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3 years ATC, Dispatch, Airport, Airline Ops or equivalent experience
• Ability to understand aviation terms and Federal Aviation Regulations
• Effective communication skills
• Detailed oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum age of 18
