Job Description
We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support a Scrum team delivering CRM‑based solutions within the commercial software space. This role is a backfill for an existing team member who is temporarily supporting a larger Product Owner / Project Manager initiative.
The ideal candidate will split responsibilities between Agile Scrum Master duties and Business Analysis activities, working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and contact center users. The role will primarily support the Siebel CRM platform, with lighter involvement in a Salesforce B2B system.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or hybrid BA/SM
Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands‑on experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Outgoing, adaptable personality with the ability to work across diverse teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with CRM systems (Siebel strongly preferred)
Exposure to Salesforce B2B platforms
Experience supporting contact center or customer‑facing systems
Travel or hospitality industry experience
