Job Description
Under general direction of the Manager of Internal Applications, this position will contribute to the strategic objectives of the Internal Applications team by supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery across multiple enterprise platforms. The Sr. Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment to organizational priorities, and delivery of high-quality solutions. Daily work will include working with project managers and other IT resources on early discovery and scoping, comprehensive requirements elicitation, process mapping/engineering, market research of SaaS solutions, developing guides, training materials, run-books, gap-analyses, etc; and creating alignment with stakeholders to deliver value early and often for internal business customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of business analysis practices including requirements elicitation, functional design, and process mapping.
Skilled in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and UAT documentation.
Familiarity with system integration concepts, data workflows, and enterprise reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Strong facilitation skills with proven ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate options, and recommend solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio (or similar process mapping tools), and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and deliver under tight timelines in a temporary assignment.
