Job Description
Support and manage business lighting and energy efficiency program activities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Excel-based program tools, including macro-driven spreadsheets
Ensure deemed savings and measure data are accurate and correctly structured for program use
Collaborate with the business lighting team on program execution, updates, and reporting
Analyze program data and support continuous improvement of tools and processes

Required Skills & Experience
Experience managing or supporting energy efficiency or lighting incentive programs
Strong Excel skills, including working with macros and complex spreadsheets
Ability to troubleshoot, fix, and maintain calculation tools (e.g., deemed savings tables)
Experience translating program requirements into accurate data, reporting, and workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering and program teams
