Job Description

This consultant will primarily serve as a backfill resource while the core team leads a major initiative building OpTime and Anesthesia for a Community Connect site. The consultant will focus on standard operational and maintenance work, ensuring continuity and stability while the primary team remains in front and center on project execution and stakeholder engagement. The role includes managing and resolving OpTime-related tickets through ServiceNow, handling routine build, maintenance, and optimization requests, and supporting security, access, and role design needs. The consultant may be assigned discrete project components—particularly related to reporting, security, and access—but will generally operate in a support capacity rather than owning large-scale stakeholder-facing initiatives. During onboarding, the consultant will participate in daily check-ins and structured orientation sessions to learn team workflows, build standards, and ticketing processes. Ongoing collaboration will be primarily with the OpTime and Anesthesia support team, with occasional cross-functional work involving security, reporting, or clinical documentation teams as needed. Successful resources on this team have strong proactive communication, offering ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and clearly signal bandwidth or concerns. This environment values accountability, transparency, and initiative—consultants are expected to operate independently while speaking up early if support or clarification is needed.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
