Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Process Analyst to support the SAP Work Manager Replacement project for one of their utility clients in Washington State. This is a multi‑year, hybrid contract role based primarily in Bellevue, WA, with occasional travel to other local sites as needed. The Senior Process Analyst will be responsible for leading and supporting process improvement efforts across the program. Key responsibilities include leading process improvement initiatives, managing process scope, schedule, and communications, facilitating workshops and large group sessions, developing current‑ and future‑state process maps, and identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in process improvement
- Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience.
- Experienced facilitating large groups and running process workshops.
- Proficient in Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience managing process scope, schedule, budget, and communications.
- Skilled in leading process meetings, capturing detailed notes, and tracking action items
- Strong process analysis skills with the ability to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and gaps in current-state workflows.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with SAP Work Manager, SAP Asset Manager, or Field Client experience
- Previous utility experience
