Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a senior Program Manager to support a large-scale enterprise systems transformation tied to BSSC and release engineering initiatives. This role sits at the enterprise level and is responsible for aligning multiple PMs, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across complex system migrations.
This individual will serve as a strategic partner and extension of senior leadership, ensuring visibility, alignment, and issue resolution across a highly complex, multi team environment.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. Required Skills & Experience

• Lead enterprise-level program oversight across large-scale systems transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate and align work across up to 30 development teams and their respective PMs.
• Partner closely with Release Management, Product, and Engineering leaders to drive unified execution.
• Maintain a clear understanding of:
o Current system architecture and workflows
o Target-state architecture
o Migration sequencing and risk areas
• Identify, track, and escalate program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
• Ensure continuity of customer-facing services during backend system transitions.
• Translate complex technical realities into clear, concise program status for leadership.
• Support delivery of services operating across multiple technology stacks without customer disruption.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Program Manager supporting enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Background leading or coordinating major system transformations or migrations.
• Experience operating across multiple teams and PMs simultaneously.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and drive executive-level clarity.
• Technical fluency — able to understand system impacts, ask the right questions, and push back when needed.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Exposure to large enterprise billing systems.
• Experience in telecom, large enterprise platforms, or highly regulated environments.
Ideal Profile
• Strategic, composed, and comfortable operating above individual workstreams.
• Strong program level thinker with a product and customer-centric mindset.
• Confident navigating ambiguity and complex dependencies.
• Seen as a trusted extension of leadership, not just a coordinator.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
