Job Description

Day to day:
A large local utility client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their team and play a critical role in the upgrade and modernization of their Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). This individual will be responsible for managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives within a highly technical ADMS environment, ensuring project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met throughout the system upgrade lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience supporting ADMS platforms and a strong understanding of the operational, technical, and integration complexities associated with these systems. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and international delivery partners to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams. Success in this role requires the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions that keep projects moving forward.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager who has demonstrated success leading large‑scale utility or technology initiatives, excels at cross‑functional communication, and is comfortable navigating challenges on an international scale. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and have deep familiarity with ADMS systems, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
