Job Description
An employer is looking for a Recruiter to sit in Seattle, Wa. This person will be focused on securing top leadership talent for Amazon's global operations network. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment for senior positions including Operations Managers, Safety Managers, and Maintenance Managers across our fulfillment centers, distribution centers, and delivery stations.
Full Lifecycle Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Pipeline Building
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies
• Execute direct outreach campaigns
• Build and maintain talent pools
• Network at industry events and job fairs
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Candidate Management
• Screen and evaluate candidates
• Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews
• Guide candidates through complex interview processes
• Manage offer negotiations
• Drive successful candidate closing
• Ensure smooth onboarding transitions
Stakeholder Partnership
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Provide regular updates to leadership
• Manage interview panels and feedback collection
• Drive hiring decisions through data-based recommendations
• Conduct intake meetings and calibrations
Process Management
• Schedule and coordinate interview loops
• Maintain accurate ATS data
• Track metrics and provide weekly reporting

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience doing high volume recruiting
• 2+ years of experience with candidate offers and negotiations
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Operations or manufacturing industry experience
• Advanced Boolean search expertise
• Project management experience
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Previous Amazon experience
