Job Description

Our company provides customers with a streamlined option for their home financing needs. By applying home-buying expertise and pioneering technology, we’re working to build an easier and smoother ‘check-out’ experience in the real estate transaction. An appraisal coordinator facilitates the process of property valuation by acting as a liaison between AMCs, processors, and sales. They schedule and coordinate property inspections, ensure accurate documentation is prepared, and maintain communication to ensure a smooth appraisal workflow. Additionally, they supervise timelines, address inquiries, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the appraisal process.

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mortgage experience a plus
Ability to adapt to changing timelines and deadlines while multitasking
Ability to work with teammates within the department and across the company to develop working relations with business associates at a positive level
Maintain confidentiality with private and sensitive information
Excellent time management is a must in a meticulous environment
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
