Job Description

We're hiring for a full-time Vice President of Marketing to support a growing SaaS logistics company in the Greater Seattle Area. This role will require 5 days onsite/week in the Bellevue/Kirkland area. The right individual for the role will be a hands-on, builder-minded Vice President of Marketing who can operate comfortably at both the strategic and execution layers of the business. This is not a role for someone who only sets strategy and delegates. It is for a leader who: Understands what “great” looks like from large, world-class organizations, and has built marketing inside smaller, resource-constrained, fast-moving companies. You will rebuild and scale the marketing function while partnering closely with founders and GTM leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years' of relevant GTM marketing industry experience, with at least 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership role.
Experience defining the marketing vision, roadmap, and OKRs aligned to company growth goals.
Experience owning full-funnel marketing performance tied directly to pipeline and revenue.
Experience designing and executing integrated GTM motions across digital, ABM, events, and content.
Experience partnering cross functionally across an organization, especially with Sales, SDRs, and RevOps on matters of ICP definition, Lead quality, Funnel conversion and handoff, etc.
Ability to sharpen an organization's positioning into a clear, differentiated, and usable value proposition.
Experience working with AI-assisted content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, and automation.
Proven builder who has created marketing engines, not just managed teams.
Strong demand generation and product marketing background.
Data-driven, technically curious, and comfortable testing new tools and approaches.
Able to work productively with founders in a direct, fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in private equity or growth equity–backed environments.
Experience supporting last-mile, logistics/operations organizations.
