Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end rollout of a new hybrid lounge operating model across 6 different lounge locations, starting with Honolulu and expanding to all locations by the end of summer.
• Act as the central organizer across many moving parts: location leaders, HQ stakeholders, product team members, communications, and a third party kitchen vendor (partnering closely with this vendor’s PM).
• Own timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables on Alaska’s end.
• Partner closely with lounge managers at each location to coordinate readiness, sequencing, and execution.
• Design and drive a thoughtful change management approach for approximately 450 employees.
• Build and oversee a training and curriculum program to transition staff from back-of-house roles into guest-facing positions (bartending, barista, front desk, guest engagement).
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure employees are informed, supported, and confident throughout the transition.
• Use tools like Smartsheet or similar PM platforms to track progress, communicate status, and align stakeholders.
• Ensure the new model is not just launched, but sustainable, with ongoing training, proficiency standards, and clear ownership going forward.
