Job Description

As Recruiting Coordinator your main responsibilities will include, managing high-volume interview coordination across multiple international time zones, handling last-minute shifts and scheduling conflicts. The ideal candidate will be leveraging enterprise-level tools and workflows to maintain high efficiency. This includes deep integration with recruiting, scheduling, and project management platforms. We are searching for someone who is able to actively contributing to the creation and refinement of recruitment workflows as the organization scales and be able to coordinate with diverse international teams, requiring strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying cultural contexts.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of recruiting, administrative or project management experience.
This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm
The ideal candidate is not just a "scheduler" but a versatile operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pivot quickly as business needs evolve—transitioning from high-volume hiring to niche or technical (e.g., AI) roles.
Comfort working in a shifting landscape where the role may evolve into a hybrid of Recruiting and Project Coordination.
A fast learner capable of mastering complex tools and driving change management within those systems.
A professional who builds confidence through repetition, activity, and a commitment to the "heavy lifting" of administrative tasks.
PC skills, including strong working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
