Job Description
The role focuses on leading and guiding marketing resources with an emphasis on strategic direction. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive 12‑month marketing plan, including website performance tracking and overseeing a full website revamp. Although the company currently does not utilize marketing subscriptions, establishing these tools for future use will be part of the planning process.
As a small organization, this role operates within a modest budget and requires a candidate who can make high‑impact decisions with limited resources. Candidates should be prepared to present visual concepts and a portfolio of previous work during the interview process to demonstrate strategic thinking, creative capability, and past results.
