Job Description
· You will be responsible for West Coast sales & account activities for multiple Tier 1 and OEMs and work closely with other members of the customer engagement team to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with assigned customers.
· Effectively communicate the EB value proposition of our products, solutions, and services through discussions with customer, proposals, and presentations.
· Identify and execute approaches to win new and recurring business by understanding customer’s needs and objectives.
· Contribute towards strategy, risk assessment and reliable forecasting with assigned accounts.
· Ensure close alignment and collaboration across cross functional customer engagement team to drive the RFI/RFP processes.
· Prepare quotes, review with key stakeholders and lead negotiations and deal closing based on sound market understanding.
· Ensure overall customer satisfaction and business growth for Elektrobit with a long-term outlook.
Direct reporting line to the Chief Revenue Officer, Americas.
Compensation: $160,000k to $190,000k Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience
· BA/BS or equivalent experience in a technical sales role; MBA is a plus.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in successfully selling software products in the automotive market, such as Classic AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, embedded and cyber security, Connected Car, HMI, testing/tooling and related engineering services.
· Understand software development processes in the automotive industry.
· Have a proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
· Able to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including management.
· Express both technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
· Have proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
· Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
· Position products against competitors.
· Have good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Have good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
· Enjoy travelling to customer sites.
Silicon Valley area preferred.
