Job Description

The team sits within accounts services/advertising and support clients operations, as this team largely handles contract processing and implementation. The team works with internal sellers as their main stakeholders, supporting them with client onboarding and contracts.
• Key projects: This role will work from CRM ticket queue review, update, process, supplement, etc. contracts submitted by sellers. The role will help prepare contracts for signatures, and after signatures will also implement these contracts. The role will not have any interaction with clients, only with sellers. The role will frequently collaborate with legal, finance, various internal teams to process contracts.
o Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of around 1 hour of peer reviews on casework, 4-5 hours of ticket case work, responding to internal stakeholders, preparing and reviewing contracts, implementation work. Responding to teams and email messages, analyzing data.

Required Skills & Experience

• Years of Experience Required: 2+ overall years of experience in the field.
• Experience in client operations, process improvement, or contract management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and benchmark performance metrics via reporting.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting processes.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, sales, and customer success teams.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency
Top 3 Skills
1. Minimum 2 years experience with Process Execution & Compliance
2. Minimum 2 years experience with Data Analysis & Reporting (PowerBI is preferred)
3. Minimum 1 years experience with CRM Systems & Data Management Tools Proficiency

• Experience in client operations, process improvement, or contract management.
• Background working in structured, compliance driven environments where following processes is critical.
• Demonstrated experience in process execution, maintaining compliance, and ensuring controls are followed.
• Skilled at relaying insights and recommendations to management and cross functional partners (e.g., Legal, Sales, Customer Success).
• Exposure to sales systems, contract systems, or workflow management tools (advantageous but not strictly required).
o Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Case Completion and ticket resolution, accurate case work with little to no errors.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate would be a meticulous, analytical, process driven operations professional with strong data interpretation skills, excellent communication, experience collaborating across legal/sales/customer success teams, proficiency with CRM systems, and a passion for improving processes while maintaining compliance.
