Job Description
An employer is looking for a Business Administrator in Redmond, Wa. This person will be going onsite in Redmond up to 3 days a week. This team is looking for someone who can work with ambiguity and are comfortable working with different types of needs. This person will be helping one executive with calendaring and scheduling, as well as, onboarding, equipment orders, and campus maps. They could be handling expenses, booking travel as well as processing Pos. we need someone eager and able to work in fast paced environment. This team has a great onboarding process to help train and get people up and running but we need someone who is comfortable in an environment with a lot of moving parts. This person will work side by side other admins and then partner closely with the executive in the space who supports an org of 250 people. This role has a strong opportunity to get converted.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Admin Assistant or Business Admin experience in a large environment (200+ employee groups)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent responsiveness
Strong Microsoft Suite experience -- specifically strong Outlook
Eager and go-getter personality
Strong customer service
Comfortable going onsite as needed for events and other ad-hoc reasons
Ability to be onsite as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Technology or enterprise level experience
Previous Microsoft Experience
Experience with equipment ordering or space planning
