Job Description
An employer in Seattle, WA is looking for a Recruiter who is responsible for sourcing candidates for technical roles. They will process and pipeline candidates, interact with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and hiring managers. This role will include some data entry and heads down work. They are looking for a recruiter who can quickly deliver results, and is excited about the opportunity to work on filling roles on larger team projects.

Minimum 3-7 years of sourcing experience
Organizational skills; excel experience, jumping across different platforms
Can write Boolean strings
Candidate engagement and stakeholder experience
Experience recruiting in linguistics or AI
Worked in Large Language Models
Worked with AI technologies
