Job Description

We are seeking a Reverse Supply Chain Program Manager to support the operational, contractual, and change management components of our Circular Center and ITAD programs. This role will oversee supplier coordination, contract management, and process optimization across the product end of life lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable influencing without authority, and experienced in managing change workflows, supplier relationships, and contract execution. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, suppliers, and program stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of change requests, data accuracy, and ongoing improvement of our reverse supply chain systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in program management, supply chain operations, or reverse supply chain/ITAD.
• Strong understanding of supplier management and contract management processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Excel (intermediate+), Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar work-tracking systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, workflows, and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with Circular Economy, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), recycling, or reverse logistics industries.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience using Icertis or other enterprise contract systems.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
