Job Description
As an Associate Site Merchandiser, your daily work will focus on ensuring a seamless and optimized shopping experience for customers. Each day involves shopping the site to identify and resolve any customer-facing issues in Shopify and scrubbing product detail pages (PDPs) for accurate imagery and content. You will coordinate with the item setup team to update product information and maintain site accuracy, while analyzing search trends to adjust content placement and update top navigation and landing pages to feature new and relevant products. Additionally, you will upload and manage promotions in Shopify, execute homepage flips (including Canada-specific updates), and collaborate with the commercial team on pricing. Data management using Excel is a key part of tracking promotions, pricing, and performance metrics. You will partner with the site merchandising manager and other stakeholders to align on promotional strategies and site improvements.
