Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an HR Generalist who will play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic manufacturing workforce for one of our consumer package goods clients across two of their manufacturing plant locations – Vancouver and Ridgefield, WA.
In this role, you’ll conduct attendance audits, track points for hourly associates, and manage behavioral investigations with appropriate corrective actions. You’ll work closely with plant leadership and HR teams to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment for a blended workforce of approximately 500 hourly and salaried employees.
This is a full-time, onsite position based primarily in Vancouver, with occasional travel to Ridgefield. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team in a fast-paced setting. This person must be flexible to stay late (6-7pm) a few days a week.

Required Skills & Experience
• Focused on investigations and absent tracking
• 1-3+ years' experience with attendance management / absence tracking
• Experience managing a blended workforce of hourly and salary employees (300+ total) - stay away from people with just union experience
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (WorkDay / WorkForce)
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• Must have flexibility to work late (6-7pm) a few days a week
• Based primarily in Vancouver, while Jessica is primarily in Ridgefield
• Jessica handles all leave administration and investigations, while this person focuses on attendance tracking and investigations - they will support each other
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience using Dayforce (software that integrates payroll, benefits, HR, etc.)
• Experience as HR Generalist within Manufacturing or Warehouse environment would be ideal
