Job Description
The main function of a UX/UI Designer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs. You Own the information architecture and UX strategy for consumer websites. Partner with web strategists, engineering, analytics, content, and design teams to establish experience principles, test hypotheses, and translate business goals into user journeys that are logical, accessible, and inspiring.
Job Responsibilities:
•UX Strategy & Leadership
• Define and evolve the end-to-end UX vision and design principles for consumer-facing web experiences.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure experiences are consistent, scalable, and accessible.
• Champion design systems, tokens, AI-powered patterns (personalization, conversational flows, agentic navigation), and reusable components in partnership with engineering.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered UX patterns, including personalization, conversational flows, and agentic navigation.
• Conduct user and competitive research to identify opportunities, pain points, and best practices.
• Develop journey maps, personas, and storyboards that link user needs to business objectives.
• Establish measurable success criteria for UX initiatives in partnership with stakeholders
Information Architecture (IA)
• Conduct user research to understand how users move through web products.
• Create site maps, use cases, and user flows to define navigation and structure.
• Define and maintain a consistent taxonomy and content hierarchy across web experiences.
Cross-Functional Influence
• Present strategy and findings to VP- and GM-level audiences, making the case for experience-led decisions.
• Influence without authority by shaping roadmaps and frameworks used by partner teams.
• Promote a data-informed design culture within the web strategy organization.
Governance & Operations
• Define UX standards for accessibility, performance, and content design.
• Build collaboration artefacts such as pattern libraries, guidelines, and a “How We Design” hub.
• Partner with Operations & Vendor Management to ensure agency deliverables meet team's UX quality bar.
