Job Description

A logistics company is looking to hire support for the finance department. They want someone who can accurately process and maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and claims transactions. This role ensures timely vendor payments, proper recording of customer payments, efficient resolution of claims, and contributes to the overall accuracy of the company’s financial records.

Required Skills & Experience

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office software
● Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
● Strong problem-solving skills for resolving account and claim discrepancies
● Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors, customers and internal team
● Customer service mindset with professionalism in handling inquiries and claims
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
