Job Description

• Lead the migration from Cherwell to ServiceNow, including integration and data cutover
• Review and align policy and procedure documentation with Alaska’s operational standards
• Manage and enhance ServiceNow modules including CMDB (via Discovery), ITSM, CSM, IRM/GRC, and ITAM
• Oversee hardware and software asset management within ServiceNow
• Support future integrations and new product rollouts
• Maintain platform health, performance, and governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption and compliance

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow development with minimal ramp-up time
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and system administration
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: CMDB, ITSM, CSM, IRM/GRC, ITAM
• Strong background in hardware and software asset management
• Familiarity with CMDB population via Discovery
• Ability to interpret and align policy/procedure documentation with enterprise standards
