Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a patient care coordinator to support a large healthcare company. This person will be serving as a central check-in role for the in Seattle. It will support multiple departments, including Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, General Surgery, and Neurology.
Key responsibilities include:
• Checking in patients
• Verifying insurance
• Updating demographics
• Collecting copays
• Answering patient questions at the front desk
• Communicating with the back office
• Utilizing various systems such as EPIC, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online platforms
• Providing excellent customer service

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 1+ yrs experience in a customer service, patient-support role
• Experience supporting a hospital system or health insurance company
• Strong communication skills
