Job Description
An enterprise retail company is looking to bring on a Technical Project Manager to help meet deadlines and move along key technical projects surrounding the AI acceleration program.
1. Program Initiation & Planning
a. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
b. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
a. Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and execution.
b. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical, internal and external stakeholders.
3. Execution & Delivery
a. Drive end-to-end execution of AI-related projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
b. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Governance & Compliance
a. Ensure projects adhere to internal governance, data privacy, and security standards.
b. Maintain documentation and audit trails for all phases of the project lifecycle.
5. Reporting & Communication
a. Provide regular updates to executive GRC and cybersecurity leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
b. Create dashboards/reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
6. Continuous Improvement
a. Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, team collaboration, and delivery speed.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager, specifically working within a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity to deliver large, complex, simultaneous projects within the cybersecurity and GRC domains.
• Experience specifically supporting the GRC component of an enterprise Gen AI implementation.
• Experience owning all aspects of project management, including but not limited to project finances, stakeholder management, driving timelines, executive presence, and risk analysis.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences and all levels of the organization. Ability to bridge communication gaps between technology and business users. Ability to foster open team communication.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP Certification.
