Job Description

A large utility company is looking for a Process Analyst that will support a multi-year GIS Program by managing process-related deliverables across multiple projects. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project timelines, facilitating workshops, and ensuring accurate reporting of process improvements, risks, and issues. The role involves active participation in standups and ad hoc meetings, oversight of documentation within SharePoint, and development of future-state process maps that address current inefficiencies. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to benefits realization planning and provide weekly status updates and risk mitigation support as directed by management.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years’ experience successfully leading process improvement
· Strong process analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills
· Experience using Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
· Experience facilitating large groups, running meetings, producing meeting notes and action items, team troubleshooting sessions and sponsor meetings
· IT project reporting including monthly budget forecasting, weekly reports, monthly reports, issues & risks dashboards, and decision tracking
Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to have utility industry experience
Nice to have GIS Small World or Tensing experience
