Job Description

The Graphic Designer is a creative and technically skilled visual communicator responsible for designing and producing compelling print and digital assets that inspire people to shop, donate and support the non profit mission. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design and production, with the ability to work across platformsfrom Adobe Creative Suite to Canvaand leverage emerging tools including AI-assisted design. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is comfortable creating everything from motion graphics to signage to social media content.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Comfortable working in Canva for quick-turn or templated projects.
Familiarity with AI design tools and platforms
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
